New Delhi: In retaliation to China vetoing the ban against Masood Azhar, Patanjali Ayurved Limited founder Baba Ramdev has asked Indians to stop using Chinese goods.

Baba Ramdev took to Twitter and according to reports wrote in Hindi, “Along with China, we should politically, socially and economically boycott people of all other countries that support Masood Azhar. The economic boycott is more powerful than the war as China purely understands the business language.”

Spokesperson of the Patanjali Ayurved Limited S. K. Tijarawala also gave the call to boycott Chinese products in a Hindi poem he wrote on Twitter. In the poem, he said that Chinese products must be avoided because the country is supporting Pakistan and terrorism.

Meghalaya Governor Tathagata Roy also took to Twitter to denounce Chinese action and to boycott their products.

China dashed India’s hopes of listing Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist yesterday at the UN Security Council citing technical reasons. The Chinese used their veto power at the UNSC to block the ban brought by the US, France and the United Kingdom.

China has been using its veto power at UNSC to block any attempt of India to designate Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. This is the fourth time that the country is vetoing the proposal to ban the terrorist chief.

After the Chinese vetoed the proposal, India responded that it will continue to use all available avenues to bring terrorist leaders, involved in acts of crimes against Indians, to justice.
