Salute to all the freedom fighters who contributed to the country’s independence. This day reminds us of our duty towards building a golden India, fulfilling the dreams of immortal sacrifices made for the cause of freedom. Let us resolve to contribute our best towards the unity and prosperity of the nation on this auspicious day,” tweeted Amit shah.
In his message written in Hindi, he urged everyone from all sections of society to contribute towards the unity and prosperity of the nation during this auspicious era. This day serves as a reminder of our responsibilities in building the golden India envisioned by our freedom fighters. “In this golden era, let us commit to giving our utmost for the unity and prosperity of our nation,” added the Union Home Minister in his tweet.
The festivities marking Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav will come to an end today on the occasion of the 77th Independence Day. On March 12, 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Amrit Mahotsav at Sabarmati Ashram in Gujarat. Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was celebrated nationwide to invigorate the nation’s path toward a prosperous era. The Prime Minister has articulated the ambition to transform India into a developed nation by 2047, marking the centenary of its independence.
