New Delhi: Sikh leader and Chairman of the All India Anti-Terrorist Front, MS Bitta, has voiced his opposition to Canada’s anti-India actions. Bitta emphasized that the Indian community will not accept any efforts by the Canadian government to tarnish India’s reputation. He also affirmed that the Sikh community will unite against any actions that seek to undermine India’s integrity and made it clear that Khalistan will never become a reality.
“We will not tolerate individuals or groups involved in any efforts aimed at dividing or disintegrating India. The Canadian government’s actions appear to be promoting anti-India policies with the intention of securing the Khalistan vote.” Bitta reiterated that the Sikh community will remain united and resolute in safeguarding the nation’s integrity.
He went on to say, “To those who anticipate the partition of India, the present-day India has progressed far beyond what you remember.” We will not tolerate any efforts to tarnish India’s image before other nations of the world. The agendas of Pakistan will not find success either. He emphasized the importance of preparing to fight Khalistan terrorism and called upon the Sikh community and Gurdwaras both within and outside the country to unite in defense of the nation’s integrity.
Bitta suggested convening a meeting of representatives from all Gurudwaras throughout India when calls for Khalistan arise. The objective of such meetings should be to collectively defeat any efforts aimed at dividing the nation. Additionally, he urged to reaffirm publicly that the Sikh community stands united in its stance against a separate Khalistan.
