Kolkata: In a surprise revelation while addressing a rally in Serampore in West Bengal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that 40 MLA’s belonging to the Trinamool Congress (TMC) are in touch with the BJP and predicted that after the MLAs will leave TMC once the elections results are out.

The Prime Minister said, “On May 23, lotus will bloom everywhere and your MLAs will dump and leave you. 40 of your MLAs are in constant touch with me. This is all because you breached their trust. It is difficult for you now Mamata Didi.”

Narendra Mod also criticized the violent politics practiced by the TMC during the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections. He said that the TMC goons were trying their best to stop people from voting and attacking BJP workers. He also said that the TMC workers were not allowing BJP leaders to campaign. He added that the state will vote against the TMC goons.

Taking a dig at Mamata Banerjee’s statement that she will send sweets made of soil and filled with stones to Narendra Modi to break his teeth, the Prime Minister said that he will be only happy to eat the soil of West Bengal.

He said, “The soil where Ramkrishna Paramhansa, Swami Vivekananda, Chaithanya Mahaprabhu, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Syama Prasad Mookherji were born and the soil which their feet touched, is holy. I will therefore think of the rosgulla made from the soil of Bengal as prasad, I thank you in advance for this, Didi.”

The Prime Minister also accused Mamata Banerjee for trying to establish her nephew, Abhishek, politically and said that her efforts to become prime minister will be in vain. He said that Delhi is ‘far away’ for Mamata Banerjee.
