New Delhi: No sooner had the new NDA government settled down to business; the Prime Minister has asked concerned ministries to present him a plan to achieve major development projects within 1000 days.

The government is trying to implement major developmental projects by the year 2022 and it includes housing, roads, water, toilets, financial inclusions, etc. The government is planning to complete 75 key projects by 2022. The Prime Minister has asked the ministries to strictly adhere to the time limit and to complete the works on time.

It is clear that Narendra Modi is planning to continue his developmental works which have already begun to transform the country. Housing, drinking water, roads and toilets in every home is what he plans to achieve by 2022.

The government is planning to construct 7 million houses by 2022 for those who do not own a house also planning to open banks within 5 km of these housing complexes that will be built for the homeless.

The new NDA government is also taking up the challenge to connect every village with all-weather roads so as to boost their connectivity with towns and cities.

To augment the Jan Dhan Yogna and bring financial inclusion, the government is planning to increase the number of banks and banking services within 5 km of residential areas and will promote cashless and digital transactions.

Plans are on foot for a manned mission to space and women empowerment too within a 1000 day period.

The Prime Minister wants all major developmental projects started by it to be completed by 2022 when the country will be celebrating its 75th Independence Day. We can see a major infrastructural activity across the country that will boost the economy and will help those at the lower rung of society to be part of the market and to have a better standard of living.

Narendra Modi is a tough taskmaster and expects those under him to rise to his levels of efficiency and focus. Though the people of the country has pinned their trust on him and knows that he has delivered on his promises, Narendra Modi knows that there is still so much to do to transform the country.

The Prime Minister’s India First policy has reaped rich dividends for the country. His plans to continue and implement these infrastructural projects are sure to bring in higher dividends in the future.
