Srinagar: Union Minister Jitendra Singh joined the Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) in Kathua, Kashmir. He highlighted the shift from people visiting government offices for services to officials now reaching citizens’ doorsteps. Singh praised VBSY as a visionary initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Over the last decade, the Modi government has ensured the reach of central scheme benefits to communities previously overlooked by the UPA government. Singh also noted the construction of five crore houses across Bharat.
The VBSY journeyed through Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Mizoram during election campaigns, aiming to disseminate information about central schemes nationwide. During the VBSY, the Union Minister highlighted the progress achieved by the country under the NDA government.
