New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s two day Jammu and Kashmir visit will begin today by offering prayers at Amarnath Cave Shrine. This is his maiden visit to Jammu and Kahmir as Union Minister. He will evaluate the security measures arranged for Amarnath Yatra. Amit Shah will chair the high level meeting at Srinagar in the afternoon.
Amit Shah will meet Jammu and Kashmir Governor Sathyapal Malik. security has been beefed up after the Intelligence Report hinted about terrorist threat for the Yatra.
