Thiruvananthapuram: Ayodhya has taken a significant step towards welcoming tourists from diverse linguistic backgrounds. In a commendable move, signboards have been installed at prominent locations such as Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Ram Ki Paidi, and Ayodhya Junction, and the airport now displays information in all 22 Indian languages, including Malayalam, along with six foreign languages.
By including languages mentioned in the eighth schedule of the Indian Constitution, Ayodhya aims to make it easier for visitors to visit the Ayodhy Ram temple. The signboards also feature foreign languages like Arabic, Chinese, French, English, Russian, and Spanish, ensuring that international tourists can easily navigate and comprehend the details.
Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has launched a website providing weather information in Ayodhya in 140 Indian and foreign languages. The website offers comprehensive details, including temperature, humidity, wind direction, and rainfall, giving both local residents and tourists a complete picture of the weather conditions.
The user-friendly website allows easy access to weather forecasts not only for Ayodhya but also for other areas such as Milkipur, Manakpur, Haraya, Bhithi, and Bhanpur. Additionally, the website includes weather reports for well-known cities in the region, including Prayagraj, Varanasi, New Delhi, and Lucknow.
