New Delhi: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi participated in the Prana Pratishtha ceremony of Shri Ramlalla at the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya on Monday. The Prime Minister reached Ayodhya earlier in the day to take part in the ceremony.
The main ceremony, Prana Prathishta, occurred during the ‘abhijit’ muhurta, precisely from 12:29:8 pm to 12:30:32 pm, lasting 84 seconds. Prime Minister Narendra Modi undertook an 11-day ritual journey, visiting major temples across the country, including those in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, as part of the prana prathishta ceremony.
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended the ceremony at the sanctum sanctorum, with over 7,000 guests invited to witness the grand event.
Representatives from various spiritual and religious sects, including tribal communities, attended the Prana Pratishtha ceremony. The Prime Minister will address this distinguished gathering on the occasion. PM Modi will interact with shramjeevis associated with the construction of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir. He will also visit Kuber Tila, where the ancient mandir of Bhagwan Shiv has been restored.
