Lucknow: On the sixth day following the Prana Pratishtha ceremony, devotees continued to throng the Ram Temple in Ayodhya to seek the darshan of Shri Ram Lalla. Despite the challenging weather conditions, tens of thousands gather outside the temple, chanting Ram mantras. The region has been experiencing an intense cold and persistent fog for the past few days.
Acharya Satyendra Das, the Chief Priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, acknowledged the government’s efforts to ensure that all devotees have the opportunity for darshan. Central and state forces have been deployed on the temple premises to ensure security during the ongoing influx of pilgrims.
Since the Prana Pratishtha ceremonies, Ayodhya has witnessed a continuous surge in the number of devotees. Pilgrims from various parts of the country make their way to Ayodhya daily to catch a glimpse of Ram Lalla.
In addition to offering flowers, devotees have been making generous donations to the temple. A contribution of Rs 3 crore 17 lakh was received on the day of the Prana Pratishtha ceremony.
