New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation in the 109th edition of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on Sunday, covering a spectrum of topics. The discussion included the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Mandir, the participation of women in the Republic Day parade, the Khelo India youth games, the Padma Awards, and the celebration of National Voters Day on January 25.
During the broadcast, BJP president JP Nadda, Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi, Rajasthan Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore, and party leader Bansuri Swaraj were present in Delhi, listening to the Prime Minister’s popular radio talk. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami joined BJP leaders in Dehradun to tune into ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ while Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and other BJP leaders also listened to the session.
Prime Minister Modi emphasised the unifying power of the Pran Partishtha ceremony, describing it as an event that binds the citizens of the country by a common thread. He highlighted the significance of Lord Shri Ram in fostering national unity, stating that citizens’ sentiments are unified, devotion is singular, and discussions echo with the name of Ram, resonating in every heart.
