New Delhi: Union Minister L. Murugan said that Modi shared interesting incidents about his life such as sleeping for only 3.5 hours and not eating after six in the evening during a luncheon with the MPs. He added that everyone was happy and surprised when Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited fellow MPs in Parliament to lunch with him. Vegetarian dishes and laddus were served during the gathering where MPs from various parties, participated.
“I was able to spend 45 minutes with the Prime Minister,” said L Murugan. He said that he was able to learn many inspiring things from the Prime Minister in such a short time. Modi was with them like a common man highlighting that no one felt like they were dining with the Prime Minister himself. The Union Minister also mentioned that Modi himself paid the bill. They spent time together in casual conversation and discussing upcoming events.

The Prime Minister had lunch with MPs Heena Gavit, S. Phangnon Konyak, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, L. Murugan, TDP MP Ram Mohan Naidu, BSP MP Ritesh Pandey, BJD MP Sabmit Patra and NK Premachandran from Kerala. Modi shared his views and experiences, including a surprise visit to Pakistan and the forthcoming inauguration of a temple in Abu Dhabi during his conversation with the MPs.
L Murugan wrote in X that it was an unforgettable moment in his life.
