Thiruvananthapuram: Railway passengers can anticipate good news once again as the Prime Minister is set to inaugurate three trains tomorrow, including two Vande Bharat Express trains.
The inauguration ceremony will introduce the extended Mangaluru Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central-Mangaluru Central Vande Bharat Express (20631/20632), the newly announced Mysuru-Dr MGR Chennai Central-Mysuru Vande Bharat Express (20663/20664), and the Tirupati-Kollam (BW) Express (17421/17422). The Prime Minister will conduct the inauguration via video conference.
The Trivandrum Central-Mangaluru Central Express will start regular service on March 13. Initially, the service will operate daily until July 4. Then, it will be available six days a week, excluding Wednesdays. The Tirupati-Kollam-Tirupati Express will run twice a week, with services from Kollam to Tirupati on Wednesdays and Saturdays and from Tirupati to Kollam on Tuesdays and Fridays.
