Ernakulam: Within a day of its release, the pirated copy of the film ‘Aadujeevitham’ went online. It is alleged that a fake version of the film ‘Aadujeevitham’ is being circulated online. Director Blessy has lodged a complaint with the Ernakulam cyber cell against the piracy of his movie, alleging that many individuals are spreading a fake version of the movie ‘Aadujeevitham’ on social media.
Director Blessy has provided crucial evidence to support his claim, including phone conversations in which the individual admits to having recorded the film in the theater. Director Blessy has also alleged that copies of the film’s screenshots from theaters have spread on online platforms like Telegram.
In his complaint, Blessy emphasised the significant financial loss caused by such illicit activities, urging authorities to take swift and stringent action against those responsible for the unauthorised distribution of the film.
Meanwhile, serial star Alice Christie has also alleged that the movie was recorded from the theater on a mobile phone. She also raised doubts that the entire film was recorded on the phone with the knowledge of the people associated with the theater.
Aadujeevitham, a gripping survival drama, features Prithviraj in the lead role and is based on the acclaimed 2008 novel by writer Benyamin. The film, released on March 28, has garnered significant attention for its poignant narrative and stellar performances.
