Thiruvananthapuram: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to interact with booth workers in Kerala today (March30), as part of his grassroots communication campaign named ‘Mera Booth-Sabse Majboot’ (My booth is strongest). The interaction is set to take place from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
This follows the Prime Minister’s recent interaction with booth Karyakartas (booth workers) from Tamil Nadu, where he emphasized the importance of disseminating information about central government schemes to the public. He expressed concerns that the government led by Stalin in Tamil Nadu might be hindering the distribution of benefits from these schemes to secure votes. He indicated that the public dissatisfaction with the DMK government could influence the upcoming polls.
After announcing the Lok Sabha election, PM Modi actively participated in NDA campaign events in Pathanamthitta and Palakkad. His presence at previous events in Kochi, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram generated significant excitement among party workers.
The BJP anticipates that direct interaction between the Prime Minister and grassroots workers and local leaders at the booth level will boost confidence among the party workers. This initiative is expected to facilitate the delivery of administrative benefits to a wider segment of the population.
