WhatsApp Message Against CM; High Court quashes employee's suspension

Kochi: A KSRTC employee was suspended on the allegations that he spread WhatsApp messages against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

The High Court quashed the suspension of conductor Prashant of the Parasala Depot. Prashant is alleged to have sent messages against the Chief Minister in a WhatsApp group, ‘KSRTC’s Anavandi’.

Justice Mushtaq, on the petition filed by Prashant in connection with his suspension, was hearing the case. And the court ordered that Prashant should be reinstated following disciplinary procedures.
