Kochi: Three persons, including the builder who had been arrested in the case of illegally constructing flats by violating the coastal law, will be produced in the court today. Holy Faith owner Sani Francis, former Maradu panchayat secretary Mohammed Ashraf and junior superintendent P E Joseph will appear in the Muvattupuzha Vigilance Court by noon.
The arrest of the flat owner, former Marad panchayat secretary and junior superintendent was recorded on Tuesday. The three were taken into custody after being interrogated by the crime branch.
Meanwhile, a meeting to solve the concerns of the people residing around the flat will be held at 11 am. Also, the decision to handover the flats to companies for demolishing will be taken today.
