Kochi: In a bid to violate the ancient traditions of Sabarimala and to destroy the peace of Kerala, Bhumata Brigade chief, Trupti Desai has reached Kochi today morning. She is accompanied by Bindhu Amini and four other members of Bhumata Brigade. The group arrived at Kochi International Airport without informing the police.
Trupti Desai told the media that she will enter Sabarimala on the grounds of the Supreme Court order in September last year. She said that she would go back only if the Kerala government gives a written statement that she cannot enter Sabarimala.
She said that the government must either give the reasons why she cannot enter the temple or provide security for her. She also said that if the police blocks her from entering the holy shrine, then it would be contempt of court from the part of the police.
