Kochi: The High Court on Friday dismissed all the bail pleas of the accused that includes involvement of CPM leaders. Muvattupuzha vigilance judge B. Kalam Pasha rejected the bail plea of the accused.
The prosecution told the court that the bail application of the accused in this case would suppress the investigation and the probe is still on for further details regarding the case. Third, fourth and fifth accused have not been arrested yet, informed the prosecution to the court.
The bail pleas of the first accused Vishnu Prasad, sixth accused Nithin and seventh accused Shintu were considered by the court.
