Sabarimala: The Chief priest of Sabarimala revealed his firm decision that the doors of the shrine will be closed if anything occurs against the rituals of the temple. Chief priest Unnikrishnan Namboothiri expressed his decision while having a meeting with IG M R Ajith Kumar.
IG conducted a discussion with the chief priest as the Sabarimala temple is opening this evening. The Chief priest responded while IG was inquiring as what steps will be taken if women of menstrual age enter the temple.Chief priest also added that further decisions will be taken in the presence of Head priest Kandaru Rajeevaru.
Meanwhile,more police force have been deployed at Sannidhanam. This includes woman cops of above 50 age.
