Kollam: Kollam DMO allegedly issued an order to people who arrives in Kollam from April 5 to go for a 28-day quarantine.
Janam Tv received the copy of the controversial statement.
The order was issued without the prior permission of the Collector. The DMO itself admitted the error in the order. DMO Sreelatha told Janam tv that it was her fault and did not read the order clearly before signing it.
