Kochi: The Central government will be seeking an explanation from the state government to the case pertaining to Sprinklr data transaction controversy. The lawyer from the Central government informed the High Court.
The lawyer told the court that medical details of individuals cannot be shared to a third party without the consent of the Centre. These details are ought to be saved on a server inside the country.
The High Court will consider the case again on April 24.
The Centre is likely to seek explanation from the state prior to this date, it is learned.
