Thiruvananthapuram: Seven fresh cases of coronavirus have been reported in the state today.
Of the seven, 4 are from Kasaragod, and 1 each from Palakkad, Malappuram and Wayanad.
Palakkad patient came from Chennai and all the four patients in Kasaragod arrived from Maharashtra. Malappuram patient had returned from Kuwait the previous day. Wayanad patient contracted disease through contact.
Meanwhile, Nenmeni panchayat in Wayanad has been declared as a new hotspot in Kerala.
A total of 27 people are under treatment in the state.
Meanwhile no reports of recovery.
