Thiruvananthapuram: Owing to the lockdown 4.0 guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Kerala state government will review the plan to conduct the SSLC, plus two examinations.
The exams therefore have been postponed and the evaluation of answer sheets shall not be carried out.
The decisions were taken at the assessment meeting convened for finalizing the lockdown guidelines.
Also the admission procedures in government schools which was slated on Monday has been postpones, informed the Director of Public Instruction. The children will be granted admission via online which will come into effect soon.
Liquor shops in the state will reopen on Wednesday. Beverages outlets will be opened. Also parcel counters in bars will open from Wednesday.
Public transport will be allowed in restricted manner. However, inter-state and inter-district buses are not allowed to run.
