Kannur: A man who was under quarantine died on Friday. A native of Irikkur, Nadukkandi Hussain died in the wee hours of Friday at the medical college hospital.
The deceased had returned from Mumbai on June 9 and was admitted to Kannur district hospital after suffering from fever and diarrhea.
His condition worsened and was shifted to Pariyaram medical college. Samples of the deceased have been sent for testing and results are awaited.
