Thiruvananthapuram: DGP Loknath Behra has said that people will no more be advised and only strict action will be taken against those who violate the coronavirus lockdown protocols.
Strict legal action including arrest and fine will be taken against those who do not maintain social distancing or wear masks.
The statement comes after coronavirus cases in the state has been increasing day by day.
The DGP also made it clear that if large number of people gather in front of the shops, action will be taken against those who formed the crowd and the shop owner.
