Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala reports 160 new cases of coronavirus today while 202 have been recovered from the disease. This is the 14th consecutive day with more than 100 cases in the state.
Of the total cases, Pathanamthitta has recorded the highest number of cases with 27, followed by Malappuram with 24, Palakkad 18, Alappuzha 16, 9 each from Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur and Kannur, Idukki 8, Kozhikode 7, Kasaragod 5, and Wayanad 1.
Of the confirmed cases, 106 people arrived from abroad, 40 from other states. 14 of them infected through contact.
