Thiruvananthapuram: The state recorded new 1184 cases of coronavirus, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Meanwhile 784 recovered from the disease.
Malappuram recorded the maximum cases with 285, Thiruvananthapuram 200, Palakkad 147, Kasaragod 146, Ernakulam 101, Kozhikode 66, Kannur 63, Kollam 41, Thrissur 40, Kottayam 40, Wayanad 33, Alappuzha 30, Idukki 10, Pathanamthitta 4.
Of the confirmed cases, 956 infected through contact. 106 people arrived from abroad while 73 from other states.
Seven more deaths were reported in the state today.
