Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday dismissed the petition filed by the state government seeking to stay the Centre’s government decision to lease out the Thiruvananthapuram airport to Adani Group.
The High Court noted that the petition would be considered on September 15 for a detailed hearing. The court stated that an interim order cannot be pronounced.
At the same time, the HC clarified that the government will be allowed to produce documents to prove its right to the airport.
