Thiruvananthapuram: The state government is prepping up to file an appeal in the High Court against the CBI probe into the Life Mission scam in Wadakkancherry.
According to reports, the government has sought legal advice from Advocate General (AG) CP Sudhakara Prasad in this regard.
The cabinet was told by the AG that an appeal can be moved in the HC following which the cabinet decided to go for the same. In the appeal, the government will question the CBIs’ action to register a case and initiate a probe on Life Mission controversy.
