Kochi: The state government has speeded up its move against Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the Life Mission project scam. The government has filed a petition in the High Court demanding to repeal the FIR filed by CBI.
The state government tells that the FIR was challenging the law. The government also cleared its side that it was not part of the contract to build flats which was signed between Red Crescent and Unitac.
The government had sought legal advice from Advocate General (AG) CP Sudhakara Prasad before moving the High Court.
