Thiruvananthapuram: In a major backlash to the state government, the Forensic report revealed that there was no short and rejected the explanation given by the Chief Secretary and others.
The report states that the wire connection from the switch board to the fan was examined but could not find any short circuit. The forensic experts prepared the report after examining 24 items in the General Administration Department where the fire broke out and its amusing that even the sanitiser did not catch fire.
From this report, it clearly indicates that it was a deliberate attempt of the government to destroy files and crucial documents pertaining to gold smuggling case.
The report has been submitted at Thiruvananthapuram Magistrate Court.
