Thiruvananthapuram: The state recorded 4,287 new cases of coronavirus disease, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. At the same time 7107 people recovered from the infection.
Malappuram recorded with 853 cases followed by Thiruvananthapuram 513, Kozhikode 497, Thrissur 480, Ernakulam 457, Alappuzha 332, Kollam 316, Palakkad 276, Kottayam 194, Kannur 174, Idukki 79, Kasaragod 64, Wayanad 28, Pathanamthitta 24.
35141 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. The death toll now stands at 1352.
20 more deaths were reported in the state in the last 24 hours.
