Bengaluru: The Enforcement Directorate arrested Bineesh Kodiyeri, son of CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, on Thursday in connection with the Bengaluru drug case.
He was being questioned today by the ED again following which he has been taken into the custody. Bineesh Kodiyeri will be produced in the Bengaluru City Civil Court.
ED will reportedly demand 4 day custody of Bineesh Kodiyeri.
After Bineesh was interrogated for the first time, Anoop Mohammad, another accused in the case, was taken to 5-day custody and questioned at the zonal office. Finding contradictions in their statements, ED summoned Bineesh again for interrogation.
