Kochi: The investigation is leading to state government as Enforcement Directorate has sought details of four major projects undertaken by the Kerala government- Downtown, K Phone, E-mobility and Smart City.
The ex-principal secretary to Chief Minister, M Sivasankar, had took initiative for these projects. He was arrested over money laundering case.
Taking a note of this, the ED has sought details of the projects from the Chief Secretary. The Chief Secretary has been asked to submit MoU of the projects and details of the land acquired for it.
