Kochi: The National Investigation Agency on Tuesday filed the charge sheet in the most discussed Trivandrum Gold Smuggling Case. The charge sheet was filed against Swapna Suresh, Sarith and KT Rameez.
Swapna Suresh, Sarith and K T Rameez have been named as the accused whereas Sandeep Nair turns out to be an approver in the case. Defendants have been charged under sections 16, 17 and 18 of the UAPA Act.
The charge sheet was filed by the investigating officer Radhakrishna Pillai before the Special NIA Court in Kochi.
