Thiruvananthapuram: Final voters list of the Kerala State Assembly elections to be published today by the State election Commission. The elections could be held most likely in April this year.
The State Election Commissioner on Teeka Ram Meena on Tuesday informed that the elections will be held a month earlier than expected.
He said that since schools will not be available due to the CBSE Board exams which scheduled to be conducted from May 4 to June 10, the elections will have to planned accordingly.
The final voters list will be published today. As per a recent draft list, 2,63,08,087 new voters are set to exercise their voting rights.
