Thiruvananthapuram: The Ernakulam ACJM Economic Offences Court, on Thursday gave permission to the Customs to arrest the former Principal secretary of Chief minister M Sivasankaran in the Dollar Smuggling case.
The Customs had given application in the court seeking permission to arrest Sivasankar following the statements given by Swapna Suresh and Sarith stating his involvement in the Dollar smuggling case. Sivasanakar who is currently under remand, will soon be arrested by the Customs.
