Court grants bail to Sivasankar in the Gold Smuggling Case

Kochi: The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Economic Offences) Court on Monday granted bail to Chief Minister’s former Principal Secretary M Sivasankar in the Trivandrum Gold Smuggling case.

The bail was granted as Customs did not file the charge sheet in the case. But he will have to remain in the jail as the case against him by the ED still exists.
