Thiruvananthapuram: Milma Chairman P A Balan Master on Tuesday expressed profound grief at the passing away of veteran leader and former Kerala minister KR Gouri Amma.
“Gouri Amma’s contribution in building the modern Kerala is outstanding. It was when Gouri Amma held the portfolio of Dairy Development that she took the lead in the formation of Milma, which was part of the Operation Flood,” Balan Master said in a message.
Balan Master also paid homage to the departed leader as her body was kept at the Ayyankali Hall here for the public to pay last respects.
