Reached office late on the day of the strike; Police officer’s attempt to suicide at Vadakara Police Station

Kozhikode: A civil police officer Saji attempted to suicide at Vadakara police station. He was admitted to the cooperative hospital at Vadakara.

He attempted suicide after sending voice message in a WhatsApp group of his colleagues. In that message, he said that he committed suicide due to the harassment from his office. He received a memo for being late on the day of the strike. He became upset about this action and tried hanging on a rope. He had taken to the hospital friends immediately by his friends.
