Wayanad: A seventeen year girl from a tribal family sexually abused by Congress leader in Wayanad.The culprit, Wayanad DCC member and Bathery former Panchayat President O M George is absconding. Pocso case has been filed against George and inquiry is underway.
Meanwhile, the girl tried to commit suicide and is taken under the protection of Child Line.
Parents of the molested girl work as helpers at George’s house for last few years. The complaint says that the Congress leader O M George has been abusing the girl since 18 months.
