New Delhi: The Supreme Court will consider today all pleas regarding Sabarimala woman entry.
The court will consider all review pleas, writ pleas and Board’s pleas seeking more time. A total of 56 review pleas including those submitted by NSS and Tantri is in the court.
The State Government has given plea questioning the appointment of three member observation panel in Sabarimala, and also requested to move 23 pleas from High Court to the top court. Two contempt of court issues too will be taken today.
Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justices Rohintan Nariman,A M Khanvilkar,D Y Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra are in the bench to take up the pleas.
