Thiruvananthapuram: Minister of State for External Affairs, V Muraleedharan, visited the families of those who were killed in the tragic boat accident at Tanur in Malappuram. He said that the state government’s apathy had led to the loss of 22 lives in the accident.
The Minister accused that there has been no actions from the part of the ministers even after all this. The CM must immediately put a stop to the anarchy that is prevaling in the state.
He demanded that the government must answer for the 22 lives that were lost in the boat accident. He was speaking to the media after visiting the relatives of those killed.
V Muraleedharan in a FB post said that the loss and pain of those who lost their loved ones brings tears. Because of the government’s apathy small happiness changed into a huge saddness. This cannot be accepted. Even after the accident no actions are taken against the erring officials. Responsible tourism must be ensured in the state.
