Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala SSLC examinations results 2023 has been declared. The total pass percentage is 99.7%. Last year, the pass percentage was 99.26 %, an increase of 0.44% has been recorded. Out of the 4,19,362 regular students who appeared for the exam, 4,17,864 students have been qualified for higher studies. 66,604 students received full A+ this year, the number of students who scored full A+ in 2022 was 44,363.
Among districts, Kannur topped in pass percentage with 99.94% . Wayanad district has low pass percentage with 98.41%. Pala and Muvattupuzha educational districts recorded 100% pass percentage.
Education Minister V Sivankutty announced the results on Friday afternoon. The exam results of the Technical High School Leaving Certificate (THSLC), THSLC (Hearing Impaired) and Art High School Leaving Certificate (AHSLC) were also published alongside the SSLC results.
4,19,362 regular students and 192 private students appeared for the exam at 2960 centres across the state. The number of boys and girls who wrote the exam are 2,13,801 and 2,00,561 respectively.
Plus One classes will commence on July 1. The SAY exams will be conducted from June 7 to 14. Students can apply for revaluation from May 20.
