Kasargod: A video has surfaced of Communist leader V P P Mustafa, member of the District Secretariat of CPI(M) making a threatening speech one month before two Congress leaders were brutally murdered at Periya, a small town in the northernmost district of Kerala.
In the speech, which was made in a public meeting of CPI(M) on January 7th, Mustafa is seen targeting Congress leaders. He said that once the Communist Party begins to retaliate there won’t be any dead body left to put on a funeral pyre.
Following the speech, two Youth Congress leaders, Kripesh and Sarath Lal, were brutally hacked to death on February 17th.
The video of the speech has since been circulating on Facebook with many of his friends and Communist workers sharing it.
