Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) declared the 12th grade results on May 25. General Education Minister V Sivankutty announced the results of the higher secondary and vocational higher secondary examinations. The pass percentage for this year is 82.95%.
As per reports, a total of 432436 students appeared for the Class 12th examination and 28495 for VHSE exams. A total of 33,815 students have an A+ for all subjects, with 77 schools securing a 100% pass rate.
Ernakulam has the largest pass percentage with 87.55%, and Pathanamthitta has the least with 76.59%.
The pass percentage in the science stream is 87.31%, the commerce stream has 82.75%, and the humanities stream has 71.93%. In comparison to last year’s results, the pass percentage is lower this year.
Save a Year (SAY) exams for higher secondary and VHSE will be on June 21. The last date to apply is May 29.
