Kottayam: Rajmohan Kaimal, a former army man and recipient of Special Service Media, took a bold stand against CITU’s tactic to intimidate him. He said he is an army man and is not afraid of anyone. He told that he will continue to raise voice against injustice. A report said that Rajmohan also walked out of a compromise meeting called by the Labour Officer, because the officer also invited Rajmohan’s attacker to the meeting.
The report said that the attacker, who is a CITU leader and CPI(M) district committee member, KR Ajay, also participated in a meeting called by the Labour Officer. Seeing the accused sitting in a chair in front of Rajmohan Kaimal, the former army man took the stand that he will not sit with his attacker and walked out of the meeting.
Rajmohan Kaimal told the media that when he reached for the meeting he saw his attacker, KR Ajay, sitting in the front seat. Ajay is a person who had violated the court’s order openly and attacked him for removing the CITU flags hoisted on his bus.
Rajmohan also said that the people who are watching all this must be ashamed. This is the situation for a common man and those who are fighting for justice.
The former army man said that it was an attempt to intimidate him by bringing his attacker to the meeting, that too, a person, who violated the court’s order. If anyone thinks that they can scare me then remember that I am an army man who served the country. I have received the Seva Medal and the Special Service Medal. I won’t be afraid. I will live here till my death and will fight for the common man and farmers. Do what you can.
He also showed his service medals while taking the bold stand against the CITU and communist leadership.
Rajmohan Kaimal is said to have done many social services and donations for the needy and downtrodden.
