Among them, Sujith Sunder, a serial director and member of the JDS state council, who has been active in the Malayalam television scene for three decades, joined the BJP. We have realized that the Left Front has no sense of democracy. We were not allowed to comment on various issues. Sujith, a native of Tripunithura, is an artist who has directed about twenty TV serials in a span of 27 years. His contributions include the serials Chandanamaza, Sthreejanam and Autograph, which are still talked about by the Malayalam television audience.
The Janata Dal leaders who joined the BJP on Sunday were Palode Santhosh, Manoj Kumar, K. Padmanabhan, Augustine Kolanchery, Narukara Gopi, Ayathill Appukuttan, T. P.
