Sreeja, the teacher, sustained a head injury, while Adarsh, the student, suffered an injury to the hand. The unfortunate event unfolded during the evening, just moments before the conclusion of the day’s classes, amidst heavy rain and strong winds.
Prompt action was taken to ensure the well-being of both the teacher and the student, as they were promptly admitted to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention.
Meanwhile, concerns have been raised, suggesting that the government’s approach towards maintaining the infrastructure of government schools may be a contributing factor to such accidents.
